Rear lower tie bars are designed to reinforce the chassis and increase structural rigidity to reduce flex. Light weight materials are utilized to optimize the strength to weight ratio so little is sacrificed in the addition of this component.
High grade aluminum. Rear lower tie bars are machined from a solid chunk of 6061-T651 billet aluminum, which is commonly used when a component must be both light weight and have extremely high tensile strength.
Perfect fitment is guaranteed. The life of a Yospeed lower tie bar begins inside of a CAD rendering, where it is modeled and formed around the vehicle it is to be applied to. After the design process, all tie bars are machined and carefully inspected to ensure the dimensions are all meet exact specifications.
Looks tough, built tougher. After the tie bar is machined, an optional hard anodizing process is applied which not only increases the visual prowess, but also hardens the surface of the tie bar and increases corrosion resistance.
Installation. We strongly recommend that this piece be professionally installed. While installation is straight forward and simple, structural components are involved and novices should not attempt to do this by themselves.
