The creators of "Nitto 1320 Legends", the multiplayer online drag racing game, have jumped onto Facebook with their latest creation, Car Town. Think Farmville, but instead of watering crops and feeding livestock you get to wrench on cars and drag race your friends.
Car Town is still in the beta phase but already has tons of cars to choose from. Everything from classic muscle to sporty compacts, to rare exotics are available in their online dealership. Like most automotive games, you start out with a beater, but you can easily work your way up to the sportier cars.
Out of the box, you'll need to start working on your starter car so you can win a few races. You can add vinyls, custom paint, and other aesthetic mods, but your money is better spent on upgrading the engine and suspension components so you can earn faster times on the quarter mile. More wins means more money. More money means you can upgrade your shop, hire more workers and eventually work your way up to better equipment.
The game is incredibly addicting and building up a respectable car collection can become something of an obsession if you're not too careful. You can visit their site, www.cartown.com or just check them out on facebook. When you do, be sure to add us to your friends list so you can challenge the Yospeed Civic to a race!
